Transparent thermoforming part

Our three thermoforming machines in Limoges, equipped with motion control systems in the molds, process plates up to 4mx3m and produce parts with complex geometries, integrating counter-shapes and demanding details.

Design and innovation

Our design office, based in Limoges, acts as a partner for your projects from the design stage. We optimize your tooling designs and master the industrialization of thermoforming processes. We access the resources of the Vitalo Group’s design offices to strengthen our capacities. We invest in continuous R&D on the characterization of materials, the optimization of mechanical strengths and rheological behavior, as well as on the hybridization of technologies (thermoforming, sintering, injection).
